PAYMENT
BY WIRE TRANSFER:
- Please
send a wire transfer of 20% of the total

***IMPORTANT***
- Let us know as soon as you have sent the wire transfer, so we can keep track of
your payment.
- As
soon as the payment has been deposited
into our account we will contact you
and confirm all reservations.
- The
balance is due 45 days before the arrival
date and can be paid in the same manner.

DEPOSITS:
A non-refundable deposit of 20% of
the total price is required for all trips.
For all bookings made less than 45 days
prior to departure, full payment is required.
PAYMENT
AND REFUNDS:
Reservations with non-refundable deposits
are accepted in the order received. The
balance is due 45 days before departure.
If cancellations are made less than
15 days prior to departure, Coast to Coast
Adventures (CtoC) reserves the right to
retain the full payment unless the resulting
vacancy is filled. For cancellations
from 15-30 days prior to departure 50% of
the total price is refunded. For cancellations
made 30 days prior to departure the full
payment will be refunded. No refunds
will be given for unused services, lodging,
meals or transportation. No refunds
will be given after the trip departure.
Single
Supplement charges are as follows:
- Adventure
Trips: $380 for the Coast to Coast and
Mountain, Beaches & Rivers trips,
$300 for the Costa Rica & Panama
Adventure, $310 for the Adventure Trails,
$295 for the Paddles & Pedals, $245
for the Pacuare Adventure and Adentures
in Nature and $200 for the Costa Rican
Adventure.
- Shorter
Adventures: $240 for the Coast to Coast
Trip and $125 for all other trips.
- Adventure
Trips
in Peak Season: $430 for
the Coast to Coast and Mountain, Beaches
& Rivers trips, $350 for the Costa
Rica & Panama Adventure, $370 for
the Adventure Trails, $350 for the Paddles
& Pedals, $285 for the Pacuare Adventure
and Adentures in Nature and $250 for
the Costa Rican Adventure.
Cancellations
are only accepted and refunds made when
the cancellation is advised in writing to
CtoC. For the avoidance of all doubt, under
no circumstances will refunds be made of
the non-refundable deposit.
ALTERATIONS
AND CHANGES:
Itineraries and trips may be altered due
to circumstances beyond the reasonable control
of CtoC. For example, weather, ground
transportation, sickness. In the event
of any change or alteration to itineraries,
the costs of such change or delay are the
responsibility of the tour participant.
INSURANCE:
Tour participants are required to protect
themselves with a travel insurance policy
covering accidents, trip cancellation and
emergency evacuation.
TOUR
PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITY:
It is vital that persons with medical problems
make them known to CtoC well before departure.
Tour participants are responsible for selecting
a trip appropriate to their ability and
interests. The CtoC Guide has the right
to disqualify anyone at any time if he or
she feels the participant is incapable of
carrying out the trip and/or if their continued
participation will endanger other tour participants.
Failure to adhere to the directions
of the CtoC Guide may result in tour participants
being asked to leave the trip. In
this event, the tour participant is responsible
for all resulting expenses incurred - No
refund will be given by CtoC.
